We are proud to introduce Kurbis — a new product ecosystem built from the ground up to connect every stage of the enforcement and curbside management lifecycle, from permit issuance through to collections, in one coherent operating model.
This is not a rebrand. It is not a refresh. Kurbis is a purpose-built ecosystem, conceived and designed by a team that understands what breaks under pressure, what holds up under legal scrutiny, and what cities need as curbside management technology enters its next chapter.
Why we built it
Cities managing parking and curbside enforcement increasingly face the same set of problems: disconnected systems that don't talk to each other, processes that are difficult to audit, and a growing expectation that every enforcement decision is fair, consistent, and fully explainable. At the same time, the technology landscape has matured to the point where a genuinely connected, AI-assisted approach is possible in ways it simply wasn't before.
Kurbis is our answer to that. It works within cities' existing infrastructure — there is no requirement to rip and replace what is already working — and it connects enforcement, review, permits, collections, and data into a single operating environment.
What Kurbis includes
Kurbis comprises six purpose-built products, each supporting a distinct stage of the enforcement and curbside management lifecycle:
Kurbis Comply supports on-street citation issuance on iOS and Android, with configurable rules, evidence capture, and a full audit trail from the point of issuance.
Kurbis Verify provides structured review of camera-based and LPR enforcement events, with AI-assisted human-review workflows and supervisor oversight before citations are issued.
Kurbis Resolve manages the full citation lifecycle: payments, appeals, hearings, adjudication, enforcement actions, and reporting, within one connected system.
Kurbis Permit delivers end-to-end permit administration for digital, physical, and hybrid programs, connected directly to enforcement workflows.
Kurbis Collect provides active collections management, tracking receivables, outreach, and revenue performance across the collections lifecycle.
Kurbis Insight is an expert-led data science service that applies advanced analysis to parking, enforcement, and curbside data to support defensible operational and policy decisions.
Each product stands on its own. Together, they form an operating model that eliminates the gaps between enforcement stages that cities have long had to manage manually.
A transition designed around customers
New customers will onboard directly onto Kurbis, stepping into a connected ecosystem experience built for the way modern cities manage curbside, permits, and enforcement.
Existing Trellint customers will access Kurbis through a unified ecosystem login and navigation experience while their current programs continue to operate without disruption. As each Kurbis product is released, customers will transition from the corresponding legacy solution with support from their Trellint account team.
Initial modules will begin launching in Q3 2026, with additional releases continuing through 2027.
