Together, we empower cities with critical curb lane insights, enabling smarter, data-driven decisions to improve safety and reduce congestion. We've pioneered award-winning solutions, including asset-light data-gathering technologies, predictive algorithms for occupancy and compliance, demand-based pricing models, and the strategic allocation of enforcement resources to promote fairness and equity. Prior to transitioning to the private sector, Darst served as the First Deputy Director of the City of Chicago’s Revenue Department, where he played a key role in shaping and implementing impactful public policies.
